Man Escapes from Beaver County Halfway House

Police said man climbed over a fence Sunday afternoon at the New Brighton facility.

Pennsylvania State Police are searching for a man who escaped from a Beaver County halfway house Sunday afternoon.

Timothy James Glynn, 26, was found missing from Penn Pavilion in New Brighton Sunday after a head count was conducted. Surveillance footage at the halfway house shows him leaving the facility's dining hall at about 1:30 p.m. and climbing over a fence in the yard.

Glynn was convicted on charges of receiving stolen property in Beaver County. Police said he is originally from the Pittsburgh area.

He is described as standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds and having brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his left arm and upper back.
