Man Charged with Impersonating Police Faces Hearing
Coraopolis District Court Calendar for Tuesday, Aug. 30.
A Kansas man who is charged with representing himself as a township police officer to residents of a Moon apartment complex faces a hearing today in Coraopolis District Court.
Stephen Lockhart, 21, of Junction City, is with giving false identification to a law enforcement officer, impersonating a public servant, disorderly conduct and public drunkeness, a summary offense.
Police said Lockhart in May knocked on doors at the apartment complex, attempting to enter apartments by telling residents that he was a plainclothes officer.

The following individuals are scheduled for preliminary hearings at District Judge Mary Murray's court in Coraopolis:

- Lynnette Marie Pagan, 26, of Harrisburg, was charged by Moon Police Aug. 6 with felony promoting prostitution, misdemeanor prostitution and possessing instruments of crime.
- Joseph Dominic Ceraso, 25, of Pittsburgh, was by Moon Police July 7 with writing bad checks.
