Indecent Exposure Charge Held Against Former Moon Business Owner

Police say Armando Zucchero exposed himself to a woman.

A Moon Township woman testified that a man who she believes to be her former elementary school bus driver exposed himself to her on Moon Clinton Road.

Magisterial Judge Mary Murray held a charge of indecent exposure against 72-year-old Armando Zucchero. The Moon Township resident faces a formal arraignment Nov. 1.

He is the former owner of the now-defunct Zucchero Landscaping.

The woman testified that she was walking home on Aug. 3 along University Boulevard, carrying a bag of groceries, when Zucchero pulled his vehicle over and offered her a ride. The woman at first believed him to be an acquaintance, she said.

But as soon as he "flipped up the bill of his hat," she instead recognized him as her elementary school bus driver from the late 1980s, according to her testimony.

"I knew him right away from the flipped up bill," she testifed.
