Hotel Employee Charged with Stealing Cash from Customer

reported the following incidents and arrests. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.

  • Kristen Nichole Adams, 22, of McKees Rocks, was charged with theft by failure to make required disposition and access device fraud on May 20 at the  on Aten Road. Police said she took more than $400 in cash from a hotel guest when he paid for his room. After collecting his cash payment, Adams fraudulently charged the guest's credit card for the room, according to police reports. 
  • Hohn McNechia Ashe II, 40, of Alabama, was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle on May 25 after Moon Police said he failed to return an Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle. Ashe was renting the 2011 Dodge Ram for his job at the Louisiana-based Expeditors & Production, an oil- and gas-drilling company.   
  • Moon Police said a dozen mailboxes were knocked over on the night of May 28 in the 200 block of Essex Knoll Drive. Six residents on the street reported incidents. Police said a bat or blunt object likely was used. No arrests have been made.
