Hearing Postponed for Man Charged in Waterford Landing Burglaries

Moon Police say the man repeatedly burglarized township apartments.

A preliminary hearing for a maintenance man charged with breaking into apartments to steal Vicodin has been postponed.

Richard Jugovich, 57, is accused of using his staff keys to enter the apartments of residents at Waterford Landing apartments to steal prescription pills. Moon Township detectives arrested him last week following a sting.

A hearing is now set for Oct. 2 in Coraopolis District Court.

The fact that it took them til 3 am to ok WalMart's plans for the space, makes me think it was contentious, as it should have been. Many of us with experience of WalMart and the existing problems with traffic in the area remain appalled to hear WalMart's moving ahead.
