Greensburg Man Charged with Cocaine Possession

Moon Police arrested man on a warrant at a local motel.

A Greensburg man wanted for selling cocaine to undercover police officers was arrested Sunday at the in Moon. 

took David Lee Ness Jr., 34, into custody at the hotel on University Boulevard. The Westmoreland County Sheriff's Department obtained a warrant for Ness's arrest in 2010. He is charged in Westmoreland County with possession of cocaine and selling a cocaine to an undercover officer.

The Westmoreland County Sheriff's department declined to give specifics on the incident, saying only that Ness attempted to sell the drug to an undercover officer last year.

Ness remains held at the Allegheny County Jail.
