Update: A Coraopolis man and wresting coach for West Allegheny High School has been charged by Allegheny County Police with sexual assault of a minor.
William James Morosetti, 28, was charged Wednesday with six counts of institutional sexual assault of a minor, according to court records. He faces a preliminary hearing Jan. 29 in Robinson.
Morosetti is also charged with furnishing alcohol to minors. The charges stem from an April 2012 incident.
The Post-Gazette reports that Morosetti, who also works as a math teacher at West Allegheny, has been suspended from work in the district. The incident did not involve a current West Allegheny student.
Morosetti is accused of having sex with a girl more than a dozen times at his residence, beginning when the former student was a sophomore in high school, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review.
