Harold D. Heinlein, Sr.

Harold D. Heinlein, Sr., age 93, of Moon Township, died unexpectedly May 27 at .

He was born April 28, 1919 in Imperial and was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Margaret “Mush” Mushalansky Heinlein. He was the loving father of Harold Donald Heinlein, Jr., Ellen Heinlein Bolton and James Michael Heinlein.

He and Herb Heinlein were the proud owners of the Bon Air golf course from 1932 until 2005. The course was purchased by the township and is now known as the . 

Visitation was conducted earlier this month. Entombment is at Coraopolis Cemetery. The family suggests donations be made in his name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Cynthia J. Vish

Cynthia J. Vish died May 26 at age 76. No further obituary information was available.

Nathan R. Campbell

Nathan R. Campbell, 42, of Moon, died unexpectedly in his home on May 25. He was born in Pittsburgh on Jan. 21, 1970 and was the beloved husband of 18 years to Lara Thomas.

He was the son of Robert and Memory Blum Campbell of Oakmont and father of Natalie Lisbeth Campbell.

Known as Nate, he was a computer analyst and experienced in hospitality. He served as a coach for many of his daughter’s sporting teams and extracurricular activities.

Visitation was conducted earlier this month and burial was private. The family welcomes flowers or donations in Campbell’s name to the Western Pennsylvania Humane Society.
