Ella Budnick
Ella Budnick, 98, of Coraopolis, died Nov. 12 at West Hills Health Rehab. Born Sept. 27, 1913, in Coraopolis, she was the wife of the late Steve Budnick, a mother of three and grandmother of seven. There will be no visitation. The family will conduct a private interment in Ohio.
Harold Oats Allen
Harold Oats Allen, 82, of Neville Island, died on Nov. 11. He was born Nov. 8, 1929, and was the husband of Janice Staggers Allan. He was a father of two. He was a part-time Neville Island police officer, maintenance supervisor and a member of its board of commissioners. Visitation was earlier this month at , and the family suggests that donations be made in his name to Shriners Hospital, where Allen volunteered.
Carl C. Rogers
Carl C. Rogers, 65, in Moon, died Nov. 11. He was born Oct. 7, 1946, and was the husband of Patricia Herrod Rogers. He was a father of six, stepfather of three and grandfather of 15. Copeland’s in Coraopolis will conduct services and visitation, which will be private.

William August Steffes died Nov. 14. will conduct funeral arrangements. No further obituary information was available.
