Local and state leaders broke ground Friday on the new Pittsburgh International Business Park on Cherrington Parkway.
Construction on the $50 million project's initial phase is now underway.
When completed, the 40-acre property will house an eight-building office development.
The Moon Township-based ServiceLink is the first company to lease space in the development.
Rep. Tim Murphy, R-Upper St. Clair, state Rep. Matt Smith, D-Mt. Lebanon, state Rep. Mark Mustio, R-Moon, and the Moon Township Board of Supervisors were on hand for the ground-breaking.
