PennDOT Plans Weekly Maintenance Work in the Moon, Robinson Area

Crews will begin the work on Monday, weather permitting

PennDOT crews will be performing maintenance work in the Moon and Robinson areas this week. Work will occur Monday, April 15 through Friday, April 19, weather permitting.

Here's a look at where crews will be working:

  • Crack sealing on Whittengale Road in North Fayette Township from North Branch Road to Noblestown Road.
  • Shoulder improvements on North Road in North Fayette Township from North Branch Road to Noblestown Road.
  • Bridge washing on Potato Garden Road in Findlay Township from Washington Road to Strouss Road; and Kelso Road in North Fayette Township from North Branch Road to Route 22.
  • Litter removal on I-79 from Neville Island to the Butler County line; and I-279 from Pittsburgh to I-79.

Lane closures and restrictions should be expected in work areas. To report roadway concerns on state routes and interstates call 1-800-FIX-ROAD.
