PennDOT: Bridge Washing, Litter Removal Planned in the Moon and Robinson Areas

Crews will begin the work on Monday, weather permitting

PennDOT crews will be performing maintenance work in the Moon and Robinson areas this week. Work will occur Monday, April 8 through Friday, April 12, weather permitting.

Here's a look at where crews will be working:

  • Litter and debris removal on Interstate 79 from the Crafton exit to Butler County. Also on Interstate 376 (Parkway West) from the Fort Pitt Tunnels to Routes 22, 30 and 60.
  • Shoulder cutting on Burgettstown Road in Findlay from Route 30 to Potato Garden Road; Seabright Road in North Fayette from North Branch Road to Old Steubenville Pike.
  • Bridge washing on Hookstown Grade Road in Moon from Montour Run Road to Ewing Road; Coraopolis Road in Kennedy from Flaugherty Run Road to Herbst Road; and North Branch Road in North Fayette from Oakdale Road to Seabright Road. 

Lane closures and restrictions should be expected in work areas. To report roadway concerns on state routes and interstates call 1-800-FIX-ROAD.
