District Court: West Virginia Woman Charged with Prostitution

The following people were charged and scheduled for preliminary hearings April 19 at District Judge Mary Murray's courtin Coraopolis:

• Moon Police charged Darold Cain, 24, of Aliquippa, with one count of receiving stolen property and theft from a vehicle on Feb. 22.

• Moon Police charged Stacy Champagne, 34, of Weirton, WV, with one count of felony promoting prostitution, misdemeanor promoting prostitution and possessing instruments of crime on Feb. 10.

• Moon Police charged Justin Teets, 31, of Beaver Falls, with retail theft, criminal conspiracy, careless driving and driving under a suspended license on April 12.
