Burglary Reported on Nottingham Drive

Police blotter for Tuesday, April 12.

Moon Police made the following arrests in the township. Each incident reflects police records and is not an indication of guilt.

  • Police said a home burglary was reported at 2 a.m. April 9 in the 100 block of Nottingham Drive. The owners returned home to find items missing. Police are investigating; no arrests have been made.

  • A theft was reported at 11 p.m. April 9 at the Pittsburgh Airport Marriott on Aten Road. Hotel staff reported that someone broke into vending machines and removed an undisclosed amount of money.

  • Luciann Elizabeth Boleo, 48, of Moon, was charged with public drunkenness and possession of a small amount of marijuana at 4 a.m. April 11 on Sharon Road.

  • Benjamin J. Kowlski, 29, of Moon, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol at noon April 4 on University Boulevard.

  • Crystal Lutz, 18, of Patchogue, NY, was charged with retail theft at 8 p.m. April 6 on Marketplace Boulevard.

  • Shaun Gares, 41, of Moon, was charged with public drunkenness at 10 p.m. April 6 on Beaver Grade Road. Moon Police said he was found loitering outside of the old Moon Area High School.

  • Thomas Walsh, 52, of West Palm Beach, FL, was charged with public drunkenness at 10 p.m. April 6 on Beaver Grade Road. Moon Police said he was found loitering outside of the old Moon Area High School.
