Arrests Made for DUI, Retail Theft

made the following recent arrests in the township. Each incident is a reflection of police records and is not an indication of guilt. 

• Thomas Gene Davis, 56, of Pittsburgh, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of a controlled substance at 2 a.m. Jan. 5 on Thorn Run Road. 

• John James Huett, 21, of Moon Township, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and general lighting requirements at 1:30 a.m. Jan. 2 on Interstate 376 West. 

• Henry A. Bennett, 68, of McKees Rocks, was charged with retail theft and being a defiant trespasser at 5 p.m. Jan. 5. The location of the arrest was unavailable.
