Carothers Named Among Top Real Estate Professionals in Pittsburgh by REAL Trends
George Hackett, president of Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services, is pleased to announce that Brian Carothers, a sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Services Airport/Beaver Regional office, has been recognized as one of Pittsburgh’s top real estate agents. Carothers ranked No. 43 on the 2014 REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents list based on closed transaction sides, with 51.80 transactions in 2013. In Pennsylvania, Carothers ranked No. 138 based on transaction sides.
The 2014 REAL Trends America's Best Real Estate Agents list ranks the most productive agents by state and region based on closed sales volume and closed transaction sides in 2013. To qualify, sales agents had to close more than 50 sides or $20 million in sales volume, and teams had to have more than 75 closed sides or $30 million in sales volume.

He was recently awarded the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite honor and is a Previews Property Specialist. Carothers resides in North Fayette with his wife of 10 years, Marci, and his two children, Ellie and Cy.
