ServiceLink to Move to New 'Pittsburgh International Office Park'

The Moon Township-based company is the first to lease space in a planned office park.

The Moon Township-based mortgage services company ServiceLink is the first tenant at the planned Pittsburgh International Business Park, the Post-Gazette reports.

Development on the complex, which will be located next to the Cherrington Office Park, is 18 months ahead of schedule, the newspaper reports.

ServiceLink now operates from Rouser Road in the township.

Continental Real Estate Construction, of Columbus, OH, and Chaska Property Advisors, of Cranberry, will break ground on the first buildings in the development within the next month.

I'm having trouble deciphering/accessing complete posts above. I have not been able to follow theRead More Boards meetings since relocating a year ago to TN. The fact that it took them til 3 am to ok WalMart's plans for the space, makes me think it was contentious, as it should have been. Many of us with experience of WalMart and the existing problems with traffic in the area remain appalled to hear WalMart's moving ahead.
