Report: Contractors Place Liens Against Latitude 40

The filed claims total more than $600,000.

Contractors who helped build Latitude 40 in Robinson Township say they haven't been paid for their work, according to the Pittsburgh Business Times.

The newspaper reports that at least eight contractors have filed liens against Latitude 40 Group LP and affiliated companies with claims totaling more than $600,000.

CEO Brent Brown, a Robinson native, told the reporter that the company was forced to switch lenders for its final construction loan and expects the contractors will be paid in roughly the next 45 days.
