Report: Chevron Close to Hiring Builder for Moon Office

Chevron is the third largest company on the Fortune 500.

Chevron is close to hiring a construction team to buid a new regional office in Moon Township, according to the Pittsburgh Business Times.

The plan is to build on more than 60 acres near Robinson Towne Centre near the Parkway West, according to the newspaper.

The report lists the following construction firms as finalists:

  • New York-based Skanska Group
  • North Side-based Mascaro Construction Co.
  • Bethesda, MD-based Clark Construction
  • O'Hara-based Massaro Corp.

Moon-based Walsh Construction Corp. was also reportedly in the running.
