Local Restaurant Named One of Pittsburgh's Best

Hyeholde in Moon Township has again been named one of Pittsburgh's best restaurants, according to the Pittsburgh Magazine.

"The dinner menu includes classics such as bisque and wild mushroom tart, as well as such rustic dishes as trout," according to the magazine. "(It) provides reasonably priced high-end grilled fare, including grilled salmon sandwiches with caper aïoli."

The Coraopolis Heights Road staple has been in business for 75 years. The main "castle" opened its doors in 1937 on four acres of land.

Along with its dinner hours, the restaurant has a chef's table, a tea and picnic menu and wedding and special event packages.
