Patch stops by the North Fayette Italian eatery to try out its impressive menu.

Bravo! Cucina Italiana restaurant is authentic, upscale Italian dining at its finest, serving up classic cuisine and inspired seasonal specials.  

 

Located in North Fayette, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner. Daily lunch specials are offered Monday through Friday for $7.95. Each day a sandwich, salad and one other entrée are listed, including an Eggplant Parmesan sandwich on Thursdays and a Balsamic Chicken Cobb on Thursdays.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, fun and family-friendly. Everything is fresh, made-to-order and downright delicious.

The meal starts with warm, freshly baked bread served with charred tomato dipping oil. The wine list is extensive and pairs perfectly with the menu. The dinner menu offers appetizers ($5.99 through $11.99), such as Bruschetta with Mushrooms and Boursin, Calamari Fritti and Flatbread Roma; there also are soup and salads. Popular entrees include Pasta Bravo! ($13.99), Mama’s Lasagna Bolognese ($15.99) and Shrimp or Chicken Fra Diavolo Campanelle ($15.99). Besides pizza and flatbreads, the restaurant serves other pastas, seafood and grill entrees, house specialties and mouth-watering desserts.

 

The seasonal menu features Piedmont-region inspirations such as the Mushroom and Prosciutto Risotto, Shrimp Salsa Rosa, Trout Piedmontese, Braised Beef Gnocchi and Chicken Valdostana. These features are offered only at dinner.

 

Bravo! is open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.  Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
