Spring Awakening, which is an adaptation of a late 19th century German play of the same name, revolves around emerging sexuality issues in a group of youths.

"It's a transformational piece," Gargaro said. "I would tell anyone looking to see it to be ready for a night of fabulous entertainment. But don't bring the kids."

Performances take place at 8 p.m. tonight through Oct. 2 with a 2 p.m. matinee performance Oct. 2 at RMU's Massey Hall.
