Meteorologists are watching a storm system that could bring damaging winds, large hail and more than 2 inches of rain to Robinson and Moon on Wednesday.
A flash flood watch has been issued from 10 p.m. tonight through 6 p.m. Thursday.
The National Weather Service in Moon reported to the Post-Gazette that it is too soon to predict how the storm is going to affect the Pittsburgh area, but there's a chance for 60 to 70 mph wind gusts and possible flooding problems.
The thunderstorms and showers are likely for our area after 3 p.m.
A Duquesne Light spokesperson told the Tribune Review that customers should have water, flashlights, batteries and candles on hand, plus a first-aid kit and a supply of prescription medicine.
