Last Chance: School Board Meeting and Prescription Drug Take-Back

Life gets busy. Deadlines creep up on us all. Patch helps you remember -- before it's too late.

Welcome to Last Chance, a Patch series reminding you of deadlines you don't want to miss. This week's dates to remember:  

  1. PSSA Science Assessments.  Moon Area Students in grades four, eight, and eleven today will take the science assessment portion of the Pennsylvania System of School Assessment exams.
  2. The Moon Area School Board meets at 7 p.m. tonight in the high school meeting room. Click here for the agenda.
  3. The Moon Area Middle School Curriculum Night will be held at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Middle School auditorium. 
  4. Prescription Drug Drop-Off. The drug administration has scheduled another national prescription drug take-back day. The will be collecting unused prescription drugs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Satruday at the Public Safety Building on Beaver Grade Road.
