Moon Environmental Advisory Council meets

The Moon Township Environmental Advisory Council will convene its monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Moon Municipal Building.

Christmas in July at Clever Park

Residents are invited to don their finest Yuletide swimwear and Santa hats for a Christimas in July celebration at the pool at Clever Park. The pool will be decked in Christmas decorations and the park wil lhost an underwater Christmas hun and snowball toss. 

The event will be held from noon to 7 p.m. Saturday at Clever Park.

RMU to re-inflate collapsed golf dome

After a week of delays, officials say crews will re-inflate the university's Neville Island Golf Dome, which collapsed after heavy winds in June. 

The dome is slated to re-open to golfers later this month. 

Crescent Township Board of Commissioners to meet

The Crescent Township Board of Commissioners will hold its monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the township's Spring Run Road Extention municipal building.
