Guest speakers John Seitz, CAPS, will talk about improving home safety for older adults and Mike Hess, OTR/L, MOT, will discuss how to better communicate with someone coping with dementia.
Group will meet the 4th Wednesday of each month.
Free on-site respite care for older adults is available during meeting. Advance reservations required.

More About Valley Care Association
Valley Care Association caters to the Moon area senior community by providing health care and medical assistance. The Valley Care Adult Day Services is a center with a casual atmosphere that provides assisted living services and an on-site medical staff. These services include health monitoring, medication management and physical assessments. The company's services extend to members' homes through its Home Safe Home program, which employs representatives to perform safety audits and arrange the installation of ramps, rails and other safety measures.
