If you are caring for an aging parent or ill spouse, please join us for our monthly caregiver support group to learn about strategies and resources you can use to ease stress and frustration.
The group will meet at Valley Care Association's Adult Day Services Center - Moon Township.
Light refreshments will be provided, and free on-site respite care for older adults is available. Advance reservations are required for the respite care.

The group will meet the 4th Wednesday of every month.
