Police Charge Three in Nearby Burglary
Police follow leads in Robinson Township that lead to an arrest.
Heidelberg police have filed charges against three people in connection with a burglary in the borough last month.
Police said a home in the 200 block of Hogans Way was burglarized on Dec. 11 and various items inside were taken.
Police spent the next few weeks investigating, following leads into Pittsburgh, Robinson Township and Houston, PA.
They eventually filed charges on Jan. 25 against James Comley, 29, of Heidelberg, Benjamin Jury, 29, of Houston, and David Barton, 26, of Scott Township.
The charges include conspiracy, burglary, theft receiving stolen property and possession instruments of crime, among other allegations, police said.
