When completed, the Pittsburgh International Business Park will house eight office buildings on Cherrington Parkway.

Local and state leaders broke ground Friday on the new Pittsburgh International Business Park on Cherrington Parkway. 

Construction on the $50 million project's initial phase is now underway. 

When completed, the 40-acre property will house an eight-building office development. 

The Moon Township-based ServiceLink is the first company to lease space in the development.

Rep. Tim Murphy, R-Upper St. Clair, state Rep. Matt Smith, D-Mt. Lebanon, state Rep. Mark Mustio, R-Moon, and the Moon Township Board of Supervisors were on hand for the ground-breaking.
