PennDOT to Conduct Route 60 Steubenville Pike Bridge Inspection in Thornburg

Inspection activities will take place today on the bridge that carries Steubenville Pike over Chartiers Creek.

 

Inspection activities are scheduled to begin today, March 20 on the bridge that carries Steubenville Pike (Route 60) over Chartiers Creek, railroad tracks and Napor Boulevard in Thornburg, according to PennDOT.

Single lane closures will occur from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the bridge between Woodmere Drive, Ingram Avenue and West Steuben Street, and Baldwin and Cornell roads. PennDOT said its crews will conduct the work.

PennDOT advises motorists to use caution and expect changing traffic patterns when traveling through the area.
