An Oklahoma man charged with forging doctors' signatures to obtain more than 800 prescription painkiller pills waived his right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday. 

Rolfe Jensen, 40, of Broken Arrow, OK, is charged by Moon Police with passing fake prescriptions at area pharmacies, including the Super Kmart pharmacy in Moon Township, to obtain the painkilling drug Lortab. 

Police said Jensen flew to the Moon area from Oklahoma to take part in the scheme, in which he was paid to forge the signatures of several Pittsburgh-area physicians, according to a criminal complaint. 

Police in September arrested Jensen at Kmart, where he used a fake name to obtain a prescription. Police later found 810 prescription pills and more than 30 fraudulent scripts in his possession. 

Jensen was scheduled to face a preliminary hearing in Coraopolis District Court on Tuesday. He is charged with 10 counts of fraudulently obtaining a controlled substance, 22 counts of forgery, one count each of possesion of a controlled stubstance, conspiracy and possession with intent to deliver.

A formal arraignment is scheduled for February 6.
