Edith Malloy Eckelberry

Edith Malloy Eckelberry, 81, a life-long Moon Township resident, died May 15 at the Masonic Village in Sewickley.

She was born in Rochester on April 17, 1931 and was the wife of the late James C. Eckelberry for 59 years.  She was the mother of Kevin Eckelberry and the late Clifford Eckelberry and the grandmother of Ryan and Mary Eckelberry and great-grandmother of Hunter and Robin.

Eckelberry was a member of the Coraopolis United Methodist Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 402 Ladies Auxiliary.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Copeland’s Funeral Home in Moon Township.

A service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Coraopolis Cemetery.
