Montour Grad Readies to Open 'Latitude 40'
The entertainment eatery opens its doors Nov. 13.
A 65,000-square foot entertainment hub—featuring a dance floor, restaurant and bowling alley—will open its doors Nov. 13 in North Fayette, reports the Pittsburgh Business Times.
The privately held Latitude 40 is owned by Brent Brown, a Robinson native and 1987 Montour High School grad, the Times reports.
Latitude 40, located in a former retail space in the Roomful Express shopping center off Summit Park Drive, will hire a staff of 190 and feature a bar and mini-movie theater.
Brown owns the entertainment firm Latitude Global Inc., and is based out of Florida.
“A lot of the entertainment options we have included under one roof have done well under any type of economy,” said Philip Alia, the chief marketing officer for Latitude Global. “In today’s 'staycation' world, you can do it all within our one location only making just one trip.”
