The Moon Township-based Robert Morris University has cancelled all classes and activities on campus after 3:45 p.m. today. 

A storm front moving in from the East Coast is expected to cause flooding and high winds in the Pittsburgh region this afternoon. 

Classes will resume at noon on Tuesday. All university employees who are able may leave after 3 p.m. today, according to the university announcement. 

Students can check RMU's website for further information on classes. 

RMU's Island Sports Center on Neville Island will close after 6 p.m. tonight and reopen at noon tomorrow. All evening events at the sports center are cancelled.
